This itinerary joins two neighbouring regions of Central Italy that have many things in common: beautiful places, great art and warm hospitality.
Florence: Florence is the Renaissance. Here the art of beauty and elegance was born. You can still find it today in fashion, buildings and gardens. We have reserved two whole days for this city. One morning you will have a guided tour and the rest of the time you can spend discovering the beauties for yourself or pursuing the art of shopping.

Siena: The history of Siena reflects the soul of its people. They are always ready to challenge each other with animosity during the Palio, the famous medieval horse race. Then they are quick to unite to defend their beloved land when threatened.
Here we will taste Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino wines.

Cortona: Cortona is located on the border of Tuscany and Umbria. It is an antique Etruscan and medieval city that has become a favorite tourist destination due to its art and exquisite hospitality.

Orvieto: Orvieto is nestled on a hill like an island overlooking a prehistoric sea. We will visit the underground city and go wine tasting.

Todi: The piazza of Todi is certainly one of the most beautiful medieval piazzas in all of Italy.

Assisi: Assisi is the city of Saint Francis and Saint Clare. It is a popular pilgrimage destination to honor these two saints. It is also an open-air museum where it is possible to admire precious artistic treasures and discover characteristic streets and walkways on foot.

Perugia: Perugia is the site of several prehistoric archeological sites testifying to the presence of early man in the area. As you visit the medieval historic center, you will discover fascinating places wherever you go.

PROGRAM:
Day 1: Florence. Dinner in typical restaurant.
Day 2: Guided tour in the morning with visit to important Florentine museum. (Uffizi or Accademia).
Day 3: Siena. Dinner in typical restaurant.
Day 4: Siena. Guided morning tour. Wine tasting. Departure to Cortona.
Day 5: Cortona. Guided morning tour including Museum MAEC. Departure to Orvieto.
Day 6: Orvieto. Guided morning tour of the city and underground excursion. Wine tasting of Umbrian Region wines. Dinner in typical restaurant.
Day 7: Departure to Assisi with stop in Todi. The afternoon is dedicated to Assisi. Arrival in Perugia in the evening.
Day 8: Perugia. Morning guided city tour. Afternoon trip recommended to Lake Trasimeno.
Day 9: Perugia and end of the tour.
