Notes:
Payment: rental balance must be sent via bank credit transfer to Leopolda Travel’s account at least 30 days before rental date.
Penalties: in case of cancellation within 20 days before rental date, a 30% penalty will be charged.
ACA:Car Circulation Surcharge, compulsory for any rental at the price of Euro 2,00 + VAT per day with a maximum of Euro 30 + VAT for every 30 days rental.
Additional services: you will pay the additional services you have requested when you pick up the car.
Customer Credit Card: at car pickup you will be asked for a credit card (credit card must have raised numbers) as guarantee.
Vehicle return: a grace period of 60 minutes is allowed. After that you will be charged for another day
General Conditions Contract : available at Customers’ disposal at Car Pickup Offices of our correspondent Travelcar.
Responsibilities: Leopolda Travel acts as an intermediary in the name and on behalf of Travelcar S.r.l. – Piazza Firenze 19 – 20149 Milano, who is the Service Supplier completely and whose General Rental Conditions regulate relations between the Customer (renter) and the Company (hirer).
Insurance: Vehicles are insured with a liability limit among the highest in the field for third-party car insurance, including passengers.
Tariffs also include insurance against theft, fire and any damage to the vehicle – only in case of counterparty – to the exclusion of due deductible.
In case of theft of the vehicle, provided that the Customer has taken all reasonable measures to prevent it, in addition to deductibles, the following costs will be charged to Customer: 1) full tank of fuel; 2) unlimited mileage tariff; 3) technical administrative expenses refund up to Euro 155. Customer may take out Personal Accident Insurance (P.A.I.).
